TheSylvanian Families Red Roof Country Home - Secret Attic Playroom is a large classic house with four large rooms, and three working lights – perfect for your Sylvanians. This Sylvanian Families house features multiple configurations of rooms to choose from. The house can be opened at 90 degrees, or out as far as a full 180 degrees. The attic has a slide-out ladder.

This house for your Sylvanians can be opened for play and has lamps that light up. You can change the layout of the house by removing the rooms and roof. With the attic on top (a secret playroom for the babies) the house is three storeys high.

With so many types of furniture and figures, the fun never ends. You can completely customise your Sylvanian Families' house! Comes with a letterbox and a letter to put in it. Combine with other furniture and Sylvanians (sold separately) to act out even more stories.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3  working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
