• 1000 KineTech Pocket Springs – Innovative German engineered pocket springs designed to offer total, constant body support. Each spring has been individually encased in a fabric pocket to work independently in response to your individual movements. This offers contouring body support as they absorb changes in weight distribution to provide essential pressure relief, healthy spinal alignment and a no motion transfer..
• White Fibre Layer - A dust-free white fibre filling is added to the mattress to provide softness and resilience. White fibre is formed into a deep layer for guaranteed quality and softness. These fillings also offer a rebound effect so that this mattress contours to your body and offers additional support.
• Eco-friendly Tencel Cover- Tencel is the functional fibre from nature. It is of botanic origin since it is extracted from the raw material, wood. Fibre production itself is extremely eco-friendly. Textiles of Tencel are more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk and cooler than linen. Tencel can absorb moisture and quickly release it again to provide the perfect moisture management system which prevents the growth of bacteria and dust mites.
• Hand-Tufted - The traditional method of mattress upholstery where the fillings are secured by hand with tufts from the top of the mattress to the bottom to ensure all loose fillings are secured to provide the perfect finish.
• Hand Side Stitching - Traditional hand-side stitching which secures the outer springs to the border at the top and bottom preventing roll-out and is the most highly skilled and labour intensive of all the operations. Side-stitching is carried out by senior upholsterers using traditional long needles and twine to make borders and edges stronger. The effects on the mattress are quite dramatic preventing the springs from distorting and extending the sleeping area right up to the edge of the bed to make the borders and edges stronger.
• Damask Border - With a soft to the touch damask border which provides a soft, fresh and hygienic sleeping material.
• Flag-stitched Handles - Handles on both sides for ease of positioning.
• Side Air vents - The air vents ensure that the mattress breaths and maintains a fresh and dry sleeping environment.

Important Information:

Please note that pocket sprung mattresses must not be used with a base for which they are not designed. Slats on a bed frame should be no less than 70mm apart, to ensure the mattress receives adequate support. Failure to use an adequate base could invalidate the warranty from the manufacturer. Please check with us for more details.

Mattress Delivery

A two-person delivery is required for mattresses. This costs £30. Our delivery service is a "white-glove service", and will be made to your room of choice, and we will take the packaging away if this is required. 

Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items.  For items that are not in stock but available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item. 

Please also be aware that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer. 

Click & Collect In-Store

Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
