The ST1400E-ST line trimmer has a 35cm cutting width and two-speed adjustments to cut how you need. The line feed features our Powerload technology for automatic line replacement in seconds. A telescopic shaft allows adjustment to fit any user and adjustable handle for edge-trimming of lawns.
Solving one of the biggest frustrations of line replacement, EGOs ground-breaking Powerload technology automatically loads the line into the trimmer head. Just thread the line, press the Powerload button and let the tool do the rest. Featuring a 35cm cutting width, the ST1400E-ST is supplied with a 2.4mm line diameter and cuts in a clockwise rotation. Variable speed settings mean that you can increase the power when you're tackling a particularly tough patch, and you can replenish your line when needed thanks to the bump head which is fitted.
For comfort, the loop-handle can be adjusted to suit your working style and achieve optimum balance and control, plus the telescopic shaft means the height is also adjustable to reduce bending and provide long-term health benefits. This product is sold without a battery and charger, so is perfect if you're simply looking to add a new EGO battery-powered tool to your collection.
All our batteries fit all our products, so you need not worry about your existing battery not being compatible. Weight wise, this tool without the battery attached is 3.4kg so depending on which EGO battery you already own, will determine the total weight.

The delivery cost of your order depends on the size of the item you are ordering.
A product that can be delivered by one person, is standard delivery and costs £5.95. This is is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3 working days for in-stock items.
A two person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. This costs £25, or is free if you spend £2999 or more. Delivery will take between 5 - 10 working days for in-stock items. For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout.
Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions.
We also offer a basic furniture assembly service for most furniture items, the cost of this varies depending on the item requiring assembly and your location. Please contact us for more information.
Click and Collect is available on in-stock items from our Grantham site; NG32 2AB. This will be offered in the checkout for small items, but please contact us if you require click and collect on Furniture.
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, that items configured to your choice attract a 25% restocking fee. Please also be aware that if it is not possible to gain access to the room of choice, with the product, then the cost of that failed delivery is met by the customer.
