Today, Portmeirion pottery is extremely sought after by collectors across the world and the Botanic Garden collection is the most famous range from Portmeirion. It was created by Susan Williams-Ellis when she stumbled upon an old encyclopaedia featuring a collection of plants and flowers, which became the inspiration for her designs. The colourful and beautiful flowers caught her eye and she decided to incorporate them in the pottery. Over 30 different flowers are used in Portmeirion?s Botanic Garden china collection and it is constantly changing, with new motifs and products regularly added to the range.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3 working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process.
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.
Click & Collect In-Store
Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
