The stunning Durham Summerhouse is available in either the Georgian, Leaded or Clear glazing styles.

All four sizes use an 8ft gable to provide extensive internal space for any garden furniture.

Double doors and side windows come as standard.

A 2ft 6" veranda can be fitted as an optional extra.

Summerhouses have a mortice lock.
Doors and windows are mortice and tennoned.
Floor and roof constructed using 16mm x 125mm Matchboard Tongue & Groove boarding.
Sides are constructed using 16mm x 125mm Shiplap Tongue & Groove boarding.
All side and roof framework smooth planed timber with rounded edges 38mm x 50mm.
All buildings supplied with a floor. Excluding greenhouses.
Floor joists spaced at no more than 300mm centres forming sturdy and strong base.
Glazing supplied with horticultural glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.
Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.
Heavy duty poly mineral roofing felt is supplied with each building.
Timber sourced from FSC or similar Approved Sources.
