A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager at our Downtown Grantham site working 38.75 hours per week, to be worked over 5 days during store opening times, including regular weekends.

Working across various departments including Furniture, Flooring and Domestic Appliances you will lead, guide, coach and develop your sales teams to reach their potential, maximising sales targets whilst selling with integrity, and providing an engaging customer experience.

Leading by example, you will share your enthusiasm to exceed customers’ expectations through your unrivalled product knowledge, ability to connect with people and appreciation of a visually inspiring product display.  

You should have previous experience in a supervisory or management role, be able to work effectively with others and build healthy working relationships both internally and externally.  You must also have strong administration and organisational skills as the role will include the completion of rotas and time sheets, undertaking welfare and absence management discussions and recruitment and onboarding.  This role benefits from performance linked commission.

Restaurant Assistant Manager

Our Downtown Boston Restaurant has for many years offered our customers quality food and beverages and a well-earned rest from their shopping.

Starting as soon as possible, we are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to deputise in our Restaurant on a full-time basis, working 38.75 hours per week working across five days a week.
  
To be successful in this role you must have relevant catering experience, ensuring that you will be effective when supporting the Restaurant Manager, delivering a seamless service, with an eye for detail and the ability to lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team.

You will play a key role in all aspects of planning staffing of our restaurant team, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction for our customers.  You must be confident and capable to liaise with suppliers to ensure that adequate levels of stock and equipment are maintained.  Ideally, you will also have the skills, qualifications and previous experience to work as a cook, although this is not essential.

In order to meet customer demands you must have a flexible approach to working days and times, and you should be available to work varying days if required, including weekends and late afternoons all within store opening times.
