The Burns Alert working dog food range has been specially formulated to help assistance dogs perform tasks that require them to be calm and attentive, while still providing them with a healthy, balanced and complete diet.
Developed by award-winning Veterinary Surgeon John Burns, this diet is low in fat and has a controlled level of protein for working dogs with lower energy requirements. The added blueberry extract and green tea extract gives an increased level of antioxidants and the added salmon oil makes it ideal for dogs performing brain-focused tasks.
Alert contains a handful of simple wholesome ingredients including chicken and oats and as with all Burns products the range is hypoallergenic, made with natural ingredients and designed to help dogs lead happy and healthy lives.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is on those items that can be delivered by one person, and costs £5.95. This is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3 working days for in-stock items, and your item will be delivered by either DPD or Fedex. If you have any special delivery instructions, these can be left as notes during the checkout process.
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available on selected items, that can be delivered by one person. The charge is £7.95. If the product qualifies for next day delivery, then the option will be available during the checkout process, and the order must be placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday.
Click & Collect In-Store
Click and Collect is free, and is available on most of our non-furniture items, although please note that some exceptions do apply. If the product qualifies, then the option will be offered during the checkout, after you have entered your billing details.
